1.  Register for Recruitment with the Alumnae Panhellenic organization in your home town, by completing a "Recruitment Information Form".

Register with Mid-Cities Panhellenic Association if you live in the following school districts: Birdville, Carroll, Grapevine-Colleyville, Hurst-Euless-Bedford, Irving, Keller, and Northwest.

Register with Coppell Alumnae Panhellenic Association if you live in the Coppell school district.

The Mid-Cities Panhellenic will provide you a list of sorority alumnae contacts, and you will deliver packets to each of them.

The Coppell Panhellenic will request several copies of your packet, and they will distribute them to the alumnae contacts for you.

May - June

You are notifying a "network" of alumnae in your home town that you will be going through Recruitment.

These alumnae will help introduce you to their respective chapters at your university.

2. Send your packet of information to all of the alumnae clubs that have a chapter on your college campus.  Include the following:

- Resume
- Transcript
- Full-length photo(4 x 6 or wallet)
- Close-up photo (4 x 6 or wallet)

Late June Each of Alumnae Club in your home town will choose to "recommend" or "not recommend" you to their chapter on your campus.   

When the alumnae clubs know a lot about you, it is easier for them to make their recommendation.

The Panhellenic organizations will provide contacts for the other sororities.

3.  Register for Recruitment with the Panhellenic organization at your university.  They will ask for registration fees, copies of your transcripts, etc.  Be aware of their deadlines.  Some are as early as June!
