november 6 - Meeting and Silent Auction
"Make it, Bake it, Sew it, Grow it, or Fake it"
Our November Meeting is our biggest fundraiser for the year, and this year it will be a combined LIVE and virtual silent auction.
We're "Stronger Together", and you can easily do your part:
- donate auction items
- bid on auction items
- make a monetary donation
- do all of the above.
We look forward to a fun evening of friendship and fundraising with you!

How to Participate
donate items
- Before November 3rd - Send an email to southlakeareapiphi@gmail.com with info about your item(s): Photo, description, value, starting bid, price, link to more info.
- On or before November 6th - Bring your item(s) to Melanie Metzger's home.
bid on items
- Before November 6th - View the silent auction website and create an account
- On November 6th at 7 pm - Attend the meeting in person or virtually.
after the auction
- On November 6-10th- Pick up your prizes/purchases from Melanie Metzger's home.
- Celebrate that we successfully beat our 2024 goal!
