november 4 - Meeting and Silent Auction
"Make it, Bake it, Sew it, Grow it, or Fake it"
Our November Meeting is our biggest fundraiser for the year, and it will be a LIVE and VIRTUAL silent auction.
We're "Pi Phi Proud" of our Philanthropic Service, and you can easily do your part:
- donate auction items
- bid on auction items
- make a monetary donation
- do all of the above.
We look forward to a fun evening of friendship and fundraising with you!

How to Participate
donate items
- Before November 1st - Send an email to southlakeareapiphi@gmail.com with info about your item(s): Photo, description, value, starting bid, price, link to more info.
- On or before November 4th - Bring your item(s) to Melanie Metzger's home.
bid on items
- Before November 4th - View the silent auction website and create an account
- On November 4th at 7 pm - Attend the meeting in person or virtually.
after the auction
- On November 5-10th- Pick up your prizes/purchases from Melanie Metzger's home.
- Celebrate that we successfully beat our 2025 goal!
