October 5 - Meeting and Silent Auction
"Make it, Bake it, Sew it, Grow it, or Fake it"
Our October Meeting is our biggest fundraiser for the year, and this year it will be a combined LIVE and virtual silent auction.
We're "Stronger Together", and you can easily do your part:
- donate auction items
- bid on auction items
- make a monetary donation
- do all of the above.
We look forward to a fun evening of friendship and fundraising with you!

How to Participate
donate items
- Before October 1st - Send an email to southlakeareapiphi@gmail.com with info about your item(s): Photo, description, value, starting bid, price, link to more info.
- Before October 5th - Bring your item(s) to Melanie Metzger's home.
bid on items
- Before October 5th - View the silent auction website and create an account
- On October 5th at 7 pm - Attend the meeting in person or virtually.
after the auction
- On October 5th-7th - Pick up your prizes/purchases from Melanie Metzger's home.
- Celebrate that we successfully beat our 2021 goal!
